1. Who we are

2. Acceptance

By accessing or using the Site you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

3. Permitted use

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only, including:

• Learning about AGI-ONE products and services;
• Submitting beta waitlist, contact or careers requests with accurate information;
• Sharing public pages through standard web mechanisms.

You must not:

• Attempt unauthorised access, scraping at scale, or disruption of the Site or its APIs;
• Upload malware, spam or unlawful content through any form;
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation;
• Use the Site in violation of applicable law or third-party rights.

4. Beta, demos and careers

Beta waitlist, demo requests and careers submissions do not create a partnership, employment or customer relationship until confirmed in writing by us. We may accept or decline any request at our discretion. Information you submit must be truthful and must not include unnecessary special-category personal data.

5. AI-generated and marketing content

Descriptions, screenshots, roadmaps and examples on the Site are for information only. They are not a binding offer or warranty. AI-related outputs mentioned on the Site are illustrative; production systems require appropriate human oversight and contractual terms.

6. Intellectual property

The Site, its design, trademarks, text and media (except where stated otherwise) are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive licence to view and use the Site for personal or internal business evaluation. No reverse engineering or commercial reuse without our prior written consent.

7. Third-party services

The Site may link to third-party sites or use services (e.g. analytics, anti-spam, fonts) as described in the Cookie Policy. We are not responsible for third-party terms or practices.

8. Disclaimer

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of the Site. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Site is limited to one hundred euros (€100) or the minimum amount required by applicable law, whichever is greater.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Italian law. Courts in Milan, Italy have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections where applicable.

12. Enterprise platform
